Intelligent Polishing Robot

This intelligent filing robot is a 3D vision intelligent polishing system developed by our company to meet the development needs of intelligent manufacturing. The system uses visual recognition measurement and pressure control technology to flexibly polish the inner and outer longitudinal seams of the cylinder, achieving automation and intelligence of the polishing process. This system has the characteristics of high polishing accuracy, good product polishing consistency, high production efficiency and not damaging the base material. At the same time, the one click operation mode of the intelligent polishing system greatly reduces labor intensity and labor costs.

Product Features
Regarding the polishing of the cylinder: This intelligent polishing robot can achieve grinding, root cleaning, smoothing, and polishing of longitudinal and circumferential weld seams inside and outside the cylinder.
Extended: welding & polishing integration: The other end of the manipulator cantilever can be equipped with a welding head with a pole stack or a narrow gap machine head to achieve integrated welding and polishing.
3D visual scanning & auto path planning: The system utilizes 3D vision to scan workpieces and analyze them in real-time, automatically planning the polishing path, improving the surface roughness and consistency of workpiece polishing, reducing dust while improving efficiency, and ensuring worker health.
Adapt to various types of irregular 3D surfaces: This system can grind and polish various irregular-shaped 3D surfaces, remove knife marks without damaging the contour of the substrate, to achieve a consistent and bright oxide-free metal surface with a roughness of ≤ Ra0.8.
Solve problems of polishing complex curved surfaces of wind/hydropower blades, avoid damage to base material. This system has overcome the difficult problem of polishing complex curved surfaces of wind and hydropower blades. Its force control system can sense the surface state and tool size in real time, dynamically correct the path, ensure flexible contact and constant force floating between thegrinding head and the polished surface, and avoid damaging the base material; 3D vision guided robot adapts to surface trajectory, achieving uniform and non-destructive polishing, resulting in a smooth surface without the need for manual adjustment.
